Instructions:
Mix 1 to 1 or less of water, Begin by adding the powder. Gradually incorporate small amounts of water, mixing well, and stop adding water when the mixture reaches a creamy consistency.
Stir in the desired powder dye amount to achieve the desired color. Be sure to mix thoroughly for a few minutes.
Let sit for 20 minutes. This allows the dry ingredients to dissolve fully in the water.
Tip: For best results, stir well before using.
